Artwork to be provided:
What file format is preferred and how should the artwork be setup?
The preferred file format is eps, pdf or jpg. Set your page size to 2" x 3-1/2" and ensure that all your colours are CMYK and that your graphics are at least 300dpi. Convert all text to outlines or curves. If your design includes bleeds, please allow at least 1/6" of an inch outside the page area. If your design includes large, solid areas of black, a rich black will be achieved with the following CMYK values: 50% cyan (C), 40% magenta (M), 40% yellow (Y), 100% black (K). It's best to keep all text in from the edge of the card at least 1/8" for best visual appearance. We'll help you along as best we can to ensure that your artwork meets specification.

What is the charge?
Design charges are unique to each piece and are quoted on an individual basis. On average, the approximate cost for a business card is $50.

What is the turnaround time for print?
Allow approximately 1 week for the printing of the cards.

Is delivery included?
In most cases, within Durham Region, we'll deliver the cards to you no charge or you can pick them up.

What methods of payment do you accept?
The preferred method of payment is cheque, cash or Paypal. A convenient Paypal link is provided and they accept all major credit cards.

Do you require a deposit?
A minimum deposit of 50% is required before proceeding to print or beginning work on the design. The balance is due upon delivery.

Is the surface of the cards writable?
Most ball-point pens will write on the surface. If you require the surface to be 100% writable, the AQ coating can be omitted for an increased cost.
